There is plenty to do while staying, especially water sports nearby. Visit the nearby Brockhole Visitor Centre, which can be reached by steamboat or by road. Take a boat to Bowness, or a little further to Lakeside, where you can also visit the aquarium or ride on a steam train. Walks from easy to strenuous, from the hostel or in the local area you can go Climbing, Pony trecking or visit local museums.

The hostel itself has a lounge with lake views a games room and TV room. We have a bar selling local beer's from 5pm-10pm during busy times.

We are located near the heart of the Lake District National Park giving guests the perfect opportunity to explore the beauty of the surrounding area
