Graf Soden Haus Guesthouse, the former villa of the Earl of Soden, has 10 nicely furnished rooms with bath or shower and toilet and 2 apartments also.
A large breakfast buffet is served daily. The guesthouse offers marvellous lake and mountain views, a house bar, a large sun terrace and parking space.

The house is centrally located near the train station. The swimming baths (200m), Graf-Zeppelin-Haus, Zeppelin Museum, lakeshore promenade are all within walking distance of the guesthouse.

There is a direct connection to the exhibition centre and airport which are both approximately 5km away. .

Please be advised that our reception desk closes at 8pm in the winter and 9.30pm in the summer and we cannot check guests in after this time. Late check in by arrangement.

Coming from the West
Stay on the main road B31 to Friedrichshafen across Agnau Immenstaad and Fischbach. In Friedrichshafen take the road to the city.

Stay on the main road across Friedrichshafen. Then direction city, train station. from the train station there are about 1 Km.Take the direction "Strandbad" (public swimming pool) than you are already on the Zeppelin Str. The house is on the right side. Number 32
