Villa Tea!!! is located in a little town called Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo, which is connected by a bridge to the city of Trogir, the so-called Pearl of the Adriatic. Trogir is acknowledged by the UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage.

The apartments are only 2 kilometers away from the center of Trogir and 7 kilometers away from International Airport Split/Trogir. Split the urban, cultural and transit city center of Dalmatia is approximately 30 kilometers away (20 minutes driving distance).

The biggest and most beautiful beach on the island, which invites to a number of different activities, is located only 50 meters away from Vila Tea.

Within a short distance you will also find a bank 2km, post office 1km, convenience store 150m, restaurant 150m, coffee bar, tennis courts, marina, museum, galleries and boat excursions.

The villa has a private parking lot and a barbeque grill that may be used.

Villa Tea is situated in a small place called Okrug Gornji, approx. 2 km from the centre of Trogir (the old town). You can come there by town bus num. 44 (get off by the camp Rozac) If You want to walk from Trogir to Ciovo you can get there in about 15 min. After you cross the bridge that connects Trogir and Ciovo you must turn right towards the camp Rozac and approx. 150-200 m after you pass the camp you will see at the left side sign for Villa Tea. Adress is Rozac 3.
