It is actually the family stone house surrounded by pine woods, olive groves and flower gardens. It was renovated throughout internally 2007. From its slightly elevated position, 200 m from the sea it commands superb, relaxing views to the islands and the endless blue sea that surrounds them.
Behind, the house is sheltered by Sv. Nikola-the highest peak of the island.
Because of its specific location, Sv. Nedjelja is getting more and more popular among lovers of free climbing, trekking-mountain bike, hiking... Mild climate allows them to enjoy these sports all year long.
Special position of its vine yards puts Sv.Nedjelja on the very top in production of high quality vines. We produce vines ourselves, as well as rosemary and lavender honey and olive oil.

Villa has 3 spacious apartments each with separate entrance and large terrace with stunning sea view.

Apartment "Lavanda"(2+2,45m2) consists of: 1 double bed room, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, larder, dinning room, terrace-south 12m2 and terrace-west 20m2.

Apartment "Lantana"(4+2,55m2) consists of: 2 double bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, dinning room and terrace-south 26m2.

Apartment "Bugenville" (8+1,120m2) consists of: 4 double bed rooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, larder, dinning room, terrace-south 21m2, terrace-southeast 15m2 and fire place.

Villa Perka is situated in the small charming village of Sveta Nedjelja on the southern coast of the island of Hvar.
