We are a friendly family-run hotel in an elevated position overlooking the Bay of Funchal.
The hotel has 48 rooms, all with private facilities, and is decorated in a traditional Portuguese style.
The hotel benefits from a 24 hour bar, a small swimming pool and a TV room with satellite TV. Our restaurant, The Flame Tree, has a pretty garden terrace and serves bistrot-style food, using local ingredients, as well as bar snacks.
Our dormitory rooms have a maximum of four beds and represent excellent value for money.

We can arrange to pick you up from the airport from EUR10 per person (based on two sharing).
Otherwise we recommend that you take the airport bus to Funchal and then hop in a cab. Just ask for Vila Camacho. It will cost between EUR5 and EUR6.
