The 200 year-old corn mill, along with the millrace, was saved over a decade ago by local people, who wanted to encourage community and cultural initiatives, create business and tourism opportunities and contribute to employment prospects in the Inishowen area. It's nice to know that when you stay or use the facilities, you are also making a direct contribution to the local economy too.

The hostel has a large bright self catering kitchen and dining area. Catering equipment and utensils are supplied. The kitchen is also accessible for guests with disabilities. Meals for large groups can be booked in advance. If you'd like to enjoy your food out in the Donegal air, have a picnic in our mature garden along the banks of the Crana River. (Also wheelchair friendly.)

When you get to Buncrana, follow the one way system taking the second left after the bridge, follow this road around to the right and you come to a small mini-roundabout. Go straight through the roundabout passing Buncrana Credit Union and Super Valu shopping centre on your right. 300 meters further take the first left signposted Tullyarvan Mill and Dunree Fort, 200 meters on you come to the crest of the rise and can see a sign for Tullyarvan Mill on your right hand side. Take this right turn and follow to the end. Welcome to Tullyarvan Mill.
