Our hotel is situated in the district of Munich called Laim just between "Schloß Nymphenburg", the castle of the former Bavarian King Ludwig II and the exhibition area. The city centre of Munich can be reached in less than 10 minutes, using any of the all modern public means of transportation.

Our Bed & Breakfast hotel offers 19 pleasantly decorated silent rooms with the capacity of 29 beds. Each room is furnished with great care and equipped with shower, WC, colour TV and self-dialling telephone.

The generous breakfast buffet is included in the room price. Parking possibilities within the same building are available for an additional daily fee.

By Train:
From the main train station get on any S-Bahn number (except no. 7 and no. 27) direction
Pasing or Donnersbergerbrucke. Your stop Laim, is only 3 stops away from the main train station and it takes only 6 min. from the station to the Hotel Tessin. Every 3 minutes you can get on a S-Bahn train and this from 4 o`clock in the morning up to 2 o`clock in the night. The airport line S-Bahn no. 8 brings you directly to stop Laim within 35 minutes.

The Hotel Tessin is located just on the other side of the street from the stop Laim.
