The apartment is situated along the coast line in Saint Jacob district of Dubrovnik. It is the only district where you are at the sea level with the Old Town. This offers beautiful views of the city and surrounding areas. There is a beach located just right below the house and local sand and pebble beach 50 m away. The Old Town is only a 20 minute walk.
The apartment consists of one bedroom, living room with full kitchen, bathroom, TV and air conditioning and out door terrace with view of Old Town.
