Please note that we required 50% non refundable deposit to secure your booking.Affter booking and paying a 10% deposit, we will charge your card for further 40% of the total cost of your stay.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse your reservation if the officially accredited organisations do not accept your credit card number.
The booking is considered to be firm and definitive once the customer has been sent his booking number:
- Sent on-line when booking
- Confirmed by an e-mail to the address provided by the customer.
The booking is guaranteed by the customer's credit card number.
In general, the customer should arrive at the hotel before 3 p.m. (local time in the country in which the hotel is located). Customers arriving after 3 p.m. must telephone the hotel at the number provided on the booking confirmation.
Customers are reminded that since not all hotels have a night-time service, it is up to the customer to make all necessary arrangements with the hotelier as far as their arrival time and conditions are concerned.
The accommodation rates given on the booking may be changed by the hotelier according to the number of people staying in the room(s).
Payments of accommodation and additional services are to be made to the hotelier by the customer, in accordance with the conditions imposed by the hotelier at his hotel, of which the customer will have been informed upon arrival.
The booking is guaranteed at the rate and under the conditions given for this period. These rates and conditions may change for bookings at a later date.
cote.azur.fr's role in this transaction is limited to putting your booking request to the hotel on-line. The hotel has confirmed that it has the availability corresponding to your request under the conditions of the request. As a result, the hotel is fully responsible for any breech of the conditions for this booking as indicated on your confirmation document.
