Marianske Lazne is considered by many to be the prettiest Czech spa town with its high elevation and surrounded by forests. The town has many spas, beautiful parks, swimming and fishing lakes nearby and small ski field in the winter.
The Scottish restaurant serves snacks, drinks and meals and has regular smooth jazz live music that finishes at 10pm ensuring guests have a quiet nights sleep.

The owner, Roman Plzak, is well traveled and knows what travelers are looking for; he also speaks English and German.
The town is small and therefore allows most places of interest to be reached on foot but there is a good local transport system. There are also many beautiful historic and natural places of interest within a short driving distance from Marianske Lazne.

The hostel can be reached by walking approx 500 up the main street HLAVNI from the bus and train station to the Hotel Alexandria then turn left into Ruska, the hostel is 30 mts in front of you.
