Our New Town Apartments aim to offer guests the most cost effective accommodation solution in Edinburgh. All of the apartments have comfortable beds and some of our properties are studio apartments with the living and sleeping areas combined. All linen and towels are provided. Our apartments have a private bathroom with shower. The fully fitted kitchen includes utensils, toaster, stove, microwave and washing machine. A welcome pack is also provided on arrival consisting of cereal, milk, tea and coffee. Our New Town apartments have a comfortable lounge area and in some cases a futon bed is available to accommodate extra guests. Complimentary WIFI internet is available in all apartments. Telephone, fax and safe are all available at our central office, this may incur additional charges.

Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. There is a fee for this service. The latest check-out time is 1400 hrs.

Storage is also available on the day of departure.

?Guests with restricted mobility are kindly asked to make us aware of this when booking so an appropriate apartment can be allocated. There is no lift in the building.
?Guests arriving by car can park on street, play and display. There is no allocated parking for the apartments.
?Apartments will be serviced and fresh linen and towels provided once a week. Additional servicing can be arranged at extra cost.
?There is no charge for children under 12 years old, when accompanied by 2 Adults. Maximum 2 children per family

DIRECTIONS
From Edinburgh Airport to Queen Street
DRIVING
Exit Edinburgh Airport on to East Field Road ? follow signs for the City Centre/Edinburgh Zoo. Go through Eastfield Road and turn left onto the A8.
Enter Edinburgh on Glasgow Road (A8). Go through the Drumbrae Roundabout and onto Saint John's Road (A8). This will become Corstorphine Road (A8).
Turn right on the Roseburn Terrace (A8). Carry onto West Coates, which becomes Haymarket Terrace (A8). Turn left into Haymarket (A8) and carry on West Maitland Street. This becomes Shandwick Place (A8) which becomes Princes Street.
Turn left onto South Charlotte Street (A90) which becomes Charlotte Square and then North Charlotte Street.
Turn right onto Albyn Place, and turn left into Queen Street. We are at number 6 Queen Street (opposite end) on the right hand side, next to the Jam House.

BUS
Airlink Bus no. 100 5 GBP (return)
The Airport bus departs every 15 minutes. Guests must disembark at the Waverly Bridge terminus (opposite Waverly Station). Reception and key collection is approx. 7 -10 minute walk from here.
