Take first turn to the left from A1046 into North Tees Ind. Estate then straight on following road. You will arrive at our Teesside Hotel.

FROM MIDDLESBOROUGH: Follow the A66 signposted Stockton, Middlesbrough. Branch left and then merge onto the A19, signposted The North. At Portack Junction branch left, then at Portrack Junction branch left to join A1046, signposted Stockton. Take first turn to the left from A1046 into North Tees Ind. Estate then straight on following road. You will arrive at our Teesside Hotel.
