Knockree hostel is a wonderful old building, situated right on the world famous Wicklow Way. It maintains its cosy, farmhouse rustic charm where hostellers are welcome to sit in the Common Room and snug up in front of a peat fire and tell each other stories of their travels.

Kevin, the new manager, will ensure your stay will be one to remember, and will give you advice on other hostels on your travels.

From Knockree, explore Powerscourt, Glencree Reconciliation Centre, and the German War Cemetry.

We do not accept bookings for more then 10 people. Any such booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Road/Car: Travel through Enniskerry up the Glencree Rd for approx. 3 miles. Turn left at hostel sign, continue straight ahead, turn right at hostel sign and continue along this road until you reach hostel on your right.
Bus: Take 185 Bus from Bray Dart station. Stay on the bus until you reach the last stop at shop ?River? on the Glencree Rd. When alighting, continue by foot and follow signs to the hostel.
