Cancellation is 48 hours before your arrival ONLY by email or fax!! Phone cancellation is not accepted!

We organize airport pick up, which is NOT FREE.
The cost is 50 Euro per car (luggage, taxes & fees are included).

From Termini train station: Out of the platforms take a left and exit the railways station on Via Giovanni Giolitti. Make a right on Via Giolitti and turn the second left on Via Cavour.

Walk straight on Via Cavour and then turn a right on the 6th street ( passed the big church on your left) onto Via di Santa Maria Maggiore. After a few mt. turn the first street on your left.

You should be on Via Urbana. We are located on Via Urbana 50 (on the left side of the street). The reception is at the first floor.
