Hostel Description

This hotel is situated on an elevation near the sea and has been named after the best known world traveler Marko Polo who was, people think, born in Kor?ula. Its position so near to the old town gives it a marvelous clear view of this unique medieval old stone city.

The hotel consists of three floors connected by two elevators to the reception hall, a restaurant, a café, an aperitif bar, a souvenir shop and a TV salon. The hotel has 109 rooms, and 4 apartments, in total 113 beds. The majority of rooms have a sea view.

There is the possibility of all inclusive service: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, coffee, tea, cakes, soft drinks and mineral water, an excellent choice of wine and beer, and local strong drinks. The hotel also offers the services of a hair-stylist and cosmetician.

For recreation there is a small indoor swimming pool, two tennis courts, table tennis, billiards and a fitness room, and entertainment for children. Gondolas or pedal boats are on hire.

For seekers of more adventurous sports wind-surfing boards and motor boats are for hire. You can also check your tennis and sailing skills with the nearby school within the ?Liburna? hotel complex. The hotel beach consisting of pebble and rock is in the very near vicinity and connected with the beach of the ?Park? hotel. It provides various sporting activities and also a snack bar or garden restaurant.

The numerous possibilities for active and passive recreation make the ?Marko Polo? hotel an excellent centre for delightful stay.
