Hostel Description
After an exciting trip in Marseilles (Vieux Port, Notre Dame de la Garde, Chateau d'If) and the surroundings (Calanques, Cassis,) stay in a secure location and have a quiet rest in our rooms.
The hotel of the museum is a small structure which offers a pleasant and convivial framework.
In spite of his versatility, the personnel which manages the hotel is restricted and cannot answer the services suggested by a traditional hotel.
Then we are constrained to set up the following particular measures:
* The reception of the customers is carried out from 9h30 to 17h.
* IMPORTANT: People choosing to remain with the hotel of the museum ?Oustaù? must have a cellular telephone and a bank card in order to face possible problems (delay on the schedule of arrival, impossibility of carrying out the payment of its room on the spot, etc?.).
The direction will be able to react as soon as possible, giving by telephone an access code to the customer and to proceed to the payment by taking away on the bank card of this last.
* Two formulas for the breakfast are proposed:
- L' option ?self-service store? which makes it possible to the customers to take their collation in the small living room of the hotel (biscuits, coffee, tea or chocolate) without supplement
- The option ?breakfast? served in the restaurant of the hotel will be chosen and invoiced 6 euros with the reservation
* Desistance must be recorded 48h before the arrival envisaged by email or fax only for reasons of traceability.
In the absence of a desistance carried out within the deadlines, the amount of the reserved services will be taken automatically, without any complaint being able to be taken into account.
However, any supporting document addressed to the direction and proving that desistance was carried out except times for a reason not blaming the responsibility for the customers, the refunding of the taking away will be carried out.

Hostel Directions
From the center of Marseille, follow the direction to "Technopole de Chateau-Gombert" then Village Chateau-Gombert, or by bus line number 5.
From Airport Marignane, take the shuttle to the railway station, then the metro line 1, terminus La Rose, then take bus line 5.
You will find our accommodation in front of the Museum of Château Gombert 5, Place des Héros.
