This spacious room comes complete with sofas and armchair, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and terrace overlooking the Black sea. Sleeping arrangements is one double bed and sofa bed/1.35-1.90m.
An Air Condition, refrigerator, cable-TV, radio, microwave and coffee maker are available in the room.
The nearby bus lines within walking distance will take you virtually anywhere. Basic shopping facilities can be found 500 meters from the house. Restaurants, bars, church, pharmacy and post office are within 5 minutes by bus distance. Besides this, nature is just outside the place, so you’re on a sea park walk in a minute.
Location: This house is located 2 km from city centre in the picturesque village of Varna, surrounded by fantastic sea views. The road leading to the villa from the maid highway is steep, it is about 800 meters. For car - garage available. You can walk up and down to the bus station use path between properties, it is 400m and it takes about 3-6 minutes.
