Bought in December 2006 Grange View Bed and Breakfast has been completely refurbished into a stunning bed and breakfast within a relaxed and elegant environment.

Owners Joanne and Ross have been in the hospitality industry for over fifteen years before deciding to become established in their own right and thus becoming the youngest owners of a bed and breakfast in Ayr. With this brings a fresh and modern approach to service and interior of the house and a general effort to raise standards within the area. So far Grange View has provided a refreshing alternative to the traditional bed and breakfast landscape in Ayr which has been reflected in the busy trade currently being experienced.

The house itself consists of three letting rooms all of which are finished to an extremely high standard. As well as modern ensuite facilities the rooms boast 40 channel flat screen TV?s and tea coffee making facilities. All rooms are on the ground floor providing easy access for guests.

As well as accommodation Joanne and Ross can organize restaurant bookings as well as personalized golf vacations and direct you in the right direction for local attractions.

Grange View is situated 2 minutes walk from Ayr railway station and Ayr town centre.
