The newly refurbished hostel is superbly located in the very heart of Edinburgh city centre just 2 minutes walk from the rail and bus stations and a 'stones throw' away from Princes Street, the historic Edinburgh Castle and Edinburgh's great nightlife and Pubs.

Staying in dormitories or shared accommodation is one of the best ways to make new friends or accommodate your large/small group. They range from standard 4 share dorms to larger 10 share dorms.

Our friendly staff will be more than happy to help you find the right room or rooms you require. We take bookings for large or small groups as well as one person bookings.

DIRECTIONS

By rail
- Exit the Edinburgh Waverley rail Station onto Princes Street
- Turn right and head towards the Balmoral Hotel (50 Yards)
- When you get to the Balmoral Hotel cross the road and walk down past the side of the Burger King.
- You will now see the hostel, which is located on West Register Street Lane
- The walk is approx 2 minutes

From airport
- Catch the LRT airport shuttle bus
- Get off the bus when it terminates at Waverley Bridge
- Walk up onto Princes Street and turn right
- When you get to the Balmoral Hotel cross the road and walk down past the side of the Burger King
- You will now see the hostel, which is located on West Register Street Lane
- The walk is approx 2 minutes

By road
- Take A1, A90/M90, M8/A8 to Edinburgh
- Follow signs for City Bypass A720
- Leave bypass at 'City Centre' exit
- follow the signs for 'City Centre'
- Drive down Gilmerton Road
- Drive down Mayfield Road
- Drive down North Bridge
- When you reach the traffic lights at the side of the Balmoral Hotel. You are at the 'East End' of Princes Street.
- In front of you, you will now see Burger King on corner of Princes Street. The hostel is located in the lane which runs directly behind Burger King.
- At Princes Street drive straight on (not left or right). As you pass the St James Centre you will see the Car Park (there is no free parking in Edinburgh City Centre)
- Park here and walk back round to Princes Street to the hostel
