We are very close to the town centre, the conference centre & major Brighton tourist attractions with private parking facilities.

The Hotel has 27 bedrooms & accommodates up to 55 people. It is run on a Bed & Breakfast basis only. Majority of the rooms are double & we have twin rooms, single rooms & family rooms as well.

Rooms with four poster beds are also available. All rooms are centrally heated and most rooms are with sea views or with the view of the Palace Pier.
Comfortable large guest's lounge is also available for guest use in the hotel.

All rooms are en-suite, spacious & comfortable with color television, telephones, hairdryer, alarm clocks, radio & tea & coffee making facilities.

Enjoy a choice of full English or Continental Breakfast in the large & comfortable dining room.

Continental Breakfast can be served in rooms with prior notice

The Brighton Beach Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the National Express coach station wich has a links to main airports.

We are 20 min walk from train station, however you can get there or from there by local bus which stops close to the hotel.
