Our house is in a beautiful location, outskirts of the city center of Salzburg and easily accessible from the A1, A8, A10 motorways and the B1 federal road. Buses 27 and 2 to the old town and the train station stop nearby.

Also accessible via the motorway: the trade fair centers and the most beautiful outing destinations including the Salzkammergut, the Lake Distrikt, Castle and Zoo Hellbrunn, Ice Caves, Salt Mines, Berchtesgaden-Königssee, Munich, King Ludwig´s castles and plenty of hiking paths.

Spend the most beautiful days of the year in our comfortable small Queenssize-bed room for 1 or 2 persons, double- triple- and family rooms with your own shower/WC, hair dryers and satellite TV. Contact us for more detailed information.

We organize outings: boat trips on the Salzach river, Sound of Music -Salt Mines - Eagle´s Nest - Bavarian Montains - Tours, for all the Tours is free pick up in front of my house. Also tickets for: Mozart Dinner Concert, Candlelight Dinner & Mozart Concert on the Hohensalzburg Fortress and Marionette-theaters.

From the airport take bus Nr 2, leave after few minutes at the bus stop ´Karolingerstrasse´,from there it is only a seven minutes walk to our house. From the railway station take bus Nr 2, leave after 10 -15 minutes at the bus stop ´Karolingerstrasse´,from there it is only a seven minutes walk to our house.
Look out for the blue signs with the house-numbers at the branching in the Karolinger Street.

If you come by the Highway-number A1, A8 or A10 (E 52/55/60) take
the exit SALZBURG-FLUGHAFEN (Airport), drive in direction Salzburg,
by the first traffic-lights turn to the left and after the airport-tunnel, turn to the right at the 2nd traffic-lights into the Karolingerstrasse.

Our house is Karolingerstrasse 29.
Look out for the blue signs with the house-numbers on the branching in the Karolinger Street.
