The Avenue Hotel Apartments s is centrally situated, on the main road of the town, Makarios avenue within 10 minutes walking distance from the main Beach area of ?PHOENIKOUDES?, the shopping centre, banks, pubs, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, travel agents discos etc.

The Avenue consists of spacious 34 apts with a total of 140 beds. Our Apartments are a variety of studios, one bed room apartments, and two bed room apartments. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower, w.c, balcony, some with pool view, TV, telephone and individual air-condition unit for cooling/heating. Facilities include 24 hour reception, bar, lounge and TV area, lifts, safe box, outdoor swimming pool, daily maid service. A/c and break fast are available at a supplement.

The personal attendance of the guests by the Manager, Owner, from the time of your arrival, makes you feel at home.

From Larnaka Airport: Follow the signs to Larnaca, take the right exit at the round-a-bout. Follow the dual carriage way into larnaca until you reach a small round-a-bout, go straight you reach a set of traffic lights, turn right. straight down until you reach a set of traffic lights where a police station will be opposite, turn left. 250 metre further down is the Avenue on the right hand side of the road
