Hostel Description
The house is situated in an area, which covers ca. 800 m2, with a wonderful view of the sea, the bay Cavtat and the city of Dubrovnik. The multilingual-speaking runned house is situated in a very quiet site and can be rented the whole year.
The vacation house has got Apartment A on 1st floor and Apartment B in ground floor. Both apartments have air-condition, kitchen with dining-room, living room with divan for 2 persons, separate sleeping rooms with one double bed, SAT-TV, shower/WC. Apartment A has terrace and balcony with outside chairs and table. Apartment B has balcony with outside chairs and table.
The distance to a very beautiful beach which is ideal for children is 500 meters.
The apartments have separate entrances. There is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which disposes of parking spaces for cars.
All guests can use gym with payments.
Around, and in direct proximity of the holiday house are several restaurants, purchase shops, Café bars and Discos, Fitness centre, several Swimming pools for children and adult, mini gulf, tennis places, a centre for various kinds of water sports. The distance of the house up to the centre of Cavtat amounts to 1200 m. Shopping facilities are within easy walking or driving distance (500 m). The bus stop is directly in front of the house.
The historical centre of Dubrovnik can be reached extremely well with city buses that operate day and night. The distance up to the airfield- Dubrovnik is 3 km.
