Welcome to Split, newly refurbished accommodation situated in the historical centre.
I have three beautiful apartments.

This is fully equipped apartment with brand new living room and kitchen, all the comfort necessary. Double rooms available, an amazing view will make you feel at home. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.(Washing machine is only available in the studio apartment.)

Apartment has air-conditioning and TV. Outside there is a garden where you can enjoy your time.

Another apartment is located 50 meters from the first. This apartment has one room with double bed. Apartment has living room with sofa (extra bed for 1 person). Also there is a kitchen with everything and bathroom with shower. Everything is furnished and brand new.

Finally, there is third apartment located 200 meters from the main studio apartment and it is suite style as well.
This apartment has one bedroom with double bed and 1 twin bed and living room with queen size sleeper sofa and can accommodate 4 people.
Also there are bathroom and kitchen with all necessary utilities. Another amenities that are included are cable TV, air conditioning.

This apartment is located on the first/ground floor of private house surrounded with beautiful garden.

NOTE:
Even though this apartment is normal for 3 people, it can accommodate 4 of them as well. In that case the rate for 4th person would be 50 % of the regular price that other quests pay.

Before you arrive in Split give me a call or send me text and I meet you at apartment in order for give you the key. If you arriving by plane I offer a taxi. Is cost of 35 Euro.

Check-in: 14:00 pm. If you arrive before you can leave your luggage. This is free.
Check-out: 10:00 am. After that you can leave your luggage. This is free.

Our apartment is a 5 minute walk from the bus station, ferry port and train station. (Look at map provided)
From bus station, train station or ferry port go straight following the main road, take a right on the first curve and than take left at the traffic light. Go straight about 150 meters and when you come on the cross-road take right and go beck 10 meters and climb the stairs to come to Rokova street.
