Choose from budget priced studio apartments, private rooms or dorm beds:

The budget accommodation is located within a few buildings that have great atmosphere where you can socialize with other travelers to give you that feel for London living.
We offer free internet access for dorm and room bookings, and there are shared kitchens (fully equipped) and pressure showers with 24 hot water for your convenience.
Studio apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom, and include all bills except electricity, which is normally about £1.50 per day. Linen is included.

We are only 5 minutes walk from the local tube station in Kilburn, zone 2. (10-15 minutes from central London). Perfect for singles, couples or friends traveling together.

All rooms have:
- Fresh linen supplied
- Color television
- Wardrobes
- Coin operated laundry facilities on site
- Security lockers (dorm rooms)
- No curfew

There is free pick-up and transfer to your accommodation during the office hours of 9:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday and 9:30am to 5:00pm Saturday.

Terms and conditions:

£25 bond/deposit for dorm beds, £50 for private rooms, and £50 for studio apartments will be taken from your credit card to confirm the booking. - This will be refunded upon departure provided the room/property is not damaged.
- Cancellation of your booking will result in the loss of your deposit.
- An email will be sent to you from head office within 24 hours to confirm your booking
with check-in details.

Office hours are:
Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 5.00pm
Saturday - 9.30am to 5.00pm.
Sundays - by appointment only (call the number on your confirmation email.)
All check-ins out of office hours must be arranged prior to arrival and will incur a £25 check-in charge.
This is usually done when we confirm your booking. Late check in requires the total rent to be also paid in advance by credit card prior to your arrival. (There is a 5[%] surcharge for paying by credit card.)

We offer a FREE pick up from Willesden Green Tube Station (Jubilee Line, zone 2) between 10am to 6pm. Just call our office once you have booked (phone number will be given in your confirmation email) to arrange this - only 15 minutes tube journey from the centre of the capital. 24-hour bus route into central London.


If you are arriving out of these hours, then you will have to arrange a LATE check in, which we charge £25 to arrange. (We will leave the keys out for you, take all the money upfront and give you directions)
