Important information:

-Arrival time: when giving your arrival time always use the 24 hour clock system.

- Please note that our hostel does not take bookings for more then 6 people in a group!
Your booking will be cancelled and your deposit cannot be refunded!

-Maximum stay: 7 nights! (separate bookings count as one booking for us)

- Towels are included for the private rooms. Towels for the dorm rooms have a 1 Euro charge for the cleaning service.

- Cancellation policy: no charge if a cancellation by e-mail or fax is received at least 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. A cancellation is valid when de customer has received a cancellation e-mail reply. In case of "no show" or if a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the day of arrival, only the first night will be charged on the customer's credit card.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 p.m.
Currently our reception and common room are closed from 13:00 p.m. until 16:00 p.m. (if we are here you can store your luggage inside ;) reception and common room are also closed between 23:00 p.m. - 07:30 am. (For early birds: key card disposal available!)
No lock-out or curfew: 24 hours access with key cards to your room!
Check-out time from hostel is 11:00 a.m.

From Brussels south train station:
Take the metro: (line 2, direction "Simonis"), exit 8 stations later ("Rogier"), exit Rogier square, and follow the big avenue Botanique to the right (direction Jacqmain) until you arrive in 200 meters at the roundabout, at the roundabout take the 'boulevard Emile Jacqmain' to the left, the hostel is 200 meters further on your left side, nr 99.

From Brussels central train station:
Take the metro : (Line 1A, direction "Koning Boudewijn"): one stop: from Central station to Brouckère square (Place Brouckère), then take the metro exit "Avenue Anspach" (marked in green), at the exit: walk to the right and cross the Brouckère square (not really a square) and walk straight into the big avenue 'Boulevard Emile Jacqmain' (= the left avenue of the 2 big "V"- avenues that end on Brouckère square), the hostel is at number 99 at the right side of the avenue!

From Brussels North train station:
On foot:
Take the main front exit (Avenue Albert II), follow this avenue to the left, continue until you arrive at a roundabout which crosses with the big Botanique avenue, go straight crossing the traffic lights, the hostel is about 200 meter further on your left side of the 'Emile Jacqmain boulevard', nr. 99



by car:
From the highway ring arround Brussels, follow always "city center", the hostel is in the very heart of downtown Brussels, along the central Boulevards: in this direction order: La Bourse (Avenue Anspach) - Place Brouckère - 'Boulevard Emile Jacqmain', the hostel is on the right side, nr. 99
